It’s simple. After finding the perfect video book design, have us pre-load your video by clicking 'Done For You' Option to have a link sent to your email to either upload your films or provide online links you may already have (YouTube, Vimeo, galleries, WeTransfer etc.)

The Memoir Album will be delivered to you ready to play creating a seamless viewing experience.

Once you've selected your custom title, we emboss it onto the linen cover using our pneumatic hydraulic heat press with gold foil. This process ensures a flawless and long-lasting finish.

Yes of-course! The Memoir Album has a capacity of 4GB which is around 3 Hours of film which can be spread across multiple videos. The onboard buttons can be used to switch between videos, fast forward/rewind & also skip videos.

Every Album comes loaded with an easy-to-follow tutorial video but here are the steps:

 1. Connect your video book to any computer with the provided USB cable (included).


2. A new “LUSHMEMOIRS” drive should appear on your computer. Double click to open the device.


3. Copy your video(s) onto the device, just like how you would do it with any other USB drive. You can easily drag and drop new video files onto the drive or delete old video files off of it.


4. Safely eject and disconnect the USB cable. You’re ready to relive the big moments on The Memoir Album.

Of course! The Memoir Album is versatile. Simply connect your video book to any computer using the provided USB cable. Once connected and recognized by the computer, add or remove your videos and photos.

Absolutely! We offer a DVD/Blu-Ray conversion service for this exact need. Simply choose the DVD Conversion option when placing your order, and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your discs. We’ll convert them into digital files and pre-load them into your album. Your DVD will be returned along with your completed album.
